Healing that bridges science and soul, body and belonging — a mindful path home to yourself
Therapy designed to honor your nervous system, your story, and your innate capacity to heal
Hi, I'm Krista, I'm from New Jersey. My parents were born and raised in Brooklyn. I hold NYC & Denver, Colorado close to my heart. Consulted and opened studios in Denver, Dubai, China, and NYC as lead director. Previous yoga teacher to the Denver Nuggets. You can find me supporting clients in coaching through Lyra Health. My psychotherapy and somatic therapy offerings can be booked through Hudson River Care and Counseling in New Jersey.

My own healing has been supported by decades of therapy, coaching, meditation, and movement. I draw on evidence-based Western modalities like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, while weaving in over 20 years of Eastern study and somatic practices. This integrative approach offers an alternative to traditional models—one that honors both science and spirit, both structure and softness. My personal commitment to reflection and regulation allows me to bring a grounded, steady presence into our sessions—creating a safe and spacious container for your growth.
